Life-Hack: GPS Tracking and Finding a lost pet!

Having a lost pet is one of the most terrifying experiences a pet owner can have.  Where are they?  Are they safe?  Who can I call?

Even the best pet fitness bands and monitors have been criticized for not only having questionable activity monitoring metrics, but lacking important GPS functionality…and even more concerning, have <a href="https://www celebrex for pain.youtube.com/watch?v=CIi7WVwm0uA” target=”_blank”>dropped out of the veterinary marketplace.

If you don’t want all the glitz and glam of activity monitors, but you are still on the hunt for the best pet tracking monitor…look no further!

What if there was an awesome tracking monitor out there now, but not labeled for pets?

WHAT?  Are you asking me to consider a pet tracker not labeled to track pets?  That would almost be as crazy as recommending a medication for your dog,  not labeled for dogs!  (For those of you in the veterinary world, you know how terribly sarcastic that is as many medications used in veterinary medicine are used off-label).

So what’s the Life-Hack?  Use one of the common tracking devices out there, such as Tile, TrackR or Nut.  These devices allow you to place a simple, dog-tag-sized tracker onto your dog’s collar.  If your pet ever gets lost, you simply use your SmartPhone to get a GPS position on your pet.  Next time…when Fluffy decides to have a little holiday without telling you…you will be prepared!
